By booking Muse Mobile Studio to attend your venue or by having your photograph taken by Muse Mobile Studio you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions
Venues
· Your deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm our attendance at your venue and is non refundable if cancelled.
· Venues may reschedule providing at least one weeks notice is given. Rescheduling less than one week before the event will result in you losing your deposit.
Customers
· By reserving a photo shoot for your child at their nursery / school you are giving consent for Muse Mobile Studio to photograph your child in your absence and display the images on our website for you to preview.
· Reservations for child portraits are to be made with the organiser at the venue and are free of charge.
· Reservations are not required at Parties and other public events.
Health and Safety
· When photographing children at schools/nurseries/play centres, the health, safety and well being of the children during our visit are the responsibility of the venues employees or parents if attending.
· Where parents are not in attendance such as schools or nurseries, a teacher must be present during the photo shoots.
· Our equipment includes high powered flash lighting and anyone who suffers from any illness affected by flashing lights should not attend.
· Muse will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred due to careless actions of the client
Behaviour
· When photographing children we try our best to capture them at their happiest. If a child is unwell, unhappy or unwilling to take part we will try again if there is time although cannot guarantee this.
· At parties we try our best to capture guests having fun although will not tolerate anti social, disruptive or drunken behaviour.
Photography
· Photographs taken by Muse Mobile Studio are the property of Lyndsey James. Any unauthorised copying, duplication or reproduction will constitute as an infringement of copyright.
· The studio reserves the right to use any photographs for display and advertising purposes.
Data Privacy
· We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or exchange names or any other data about our customers with third parties. Any information supplied is kept confidential.
· Photographs taken at schools/nurseries/play centres will be viewed only by the parents and whoever they share their online access code with. Muse does not share access codes.
· Photographs taken at parties will be available to view by everyone in attendance and anyone they share the access code with. In some cases they may also appear in printed publications.
